The Boulder City Railroad Museum is proud to be hosting activities for the 14th Annual Boulder City Historic Preservation Day. Join us in celebrating our city’s history and cultural heritage, including viewing the original railroad equipment that was used to build Hoover Dam.
Schedule of Events
- 8:00–8:30am: Welcome Reception
- 8:30am: Presentation of Historic Preservation Award
- 8:30–9:00am: Presentation of 2024 Preservation Projects
- 9:00am–4:00pm: Museum displays open (free admission)
- 9:00–9:45am: Presentation of Preserving the Jackass & Western Railroad
- 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm and 4:00pm: Train rides ($10 for adults, $5 for children)
- 10:00am–3:00pm: Railroad activity booths
