The Nevada State Railroad Museum will host this year’s Boulder City Historic Preservation Day. The 2024 theme is planes, trains, and automobiles, and we have plenty of historic trains for you to discover. There will be informational booths with children’s activities from the Nevada State Museum Las Vegas, Lost City Museum, and Operation Lifesaver. The museum will offer morning presentation about our on-going preservation efforts, and key visitors will have an opportunity to explore the private car Ellsmere which is only open to the public select days through the year.
